CityBug

The CityBug was one of the early, sturdy and well built scooters.  It was sold at Sears among other places, and it appealed to the not-quite-ready for a mobility chair crowd. It was designed in Germany and very sturdy in construction.  Although limited to about 12 MPH, it had good range and was very comfortable.  I bought this one off Craigslist from a young lady whose father had purchased it for her, but she was moving to New York City and could not keep it. Of course it had dead batteries.

I gave it to my father in law who passed it to a gentleman who needed an assist to get around.
