FNTSY Sports Network
Nobody had built a fantasy sports TV network before. FNTSY wasn't a redesign or a rebrand — it was a category that didn't exist yet, which meant every creative decision was a founding decision. The central design challenge was information density. Fantasy sports is data-driven by nature, and the network's premise was a full on-screen data interface running alongside live video. Getting that to feel readable, accessible, and visually compelling — rather than overwhelming — required solving problems that had no existing template to borrow from. The original interface was textured and layered; over time, feedback from advertisers and a push from leadership led to a cleaner, darker design that let the data and programming breathe. Both versions were right for their moment. Behind the scenes, the work included coordinating live data streams from multiple sources to update automatically within the visual interface — a technical and creative challenge that required close collaboration with the development team building the underlying technology. I creative directed that relationship, which was new territory for me and one of the more satisfying parts of the project. FNTSY was the first 24/7 data-centric fantasy sports TV network. Building it from a blank page is the thing I'm most proud of in my career.
